Privacy Policy

Who we are
Lean Growth Marketing is an independent digital marketing and AI consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland. For any privacy question, contact hello@leangrowthmarketing.com.
What we collect
- Details you submit in the contact form: name, email, company, budget range and message.
- Anonymous usage data (pages visited, referrer, device type) collected via Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) retained briefly for security.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your message and, if relevant, to scope potential work. Analytics data helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies
We use one analytics cookie set (Google Analytics 4), loaded only after you accept it via the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Consent for analytics cookies. Legitimate interest for responding to enquiries you initiate. Contract when we engage on a project.
Retention
Enquiries: up to 24 months, then deleted unless we have an active engagement. Analytics data: default GA4 retention (14 months). Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or export of any personal data we hold. Email hello@leangrowthmarketing.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Sub-processors
Google (Analytics), our email provider, and our hosting provider (Lovable / Cloudflare). Each is bound by their own data-protection terms.
